RESERVING YOUR WEDDING DATE
To officially reserve your wedding date, simply request your Wedding Beauty Contract and retainer invoice from your team coordinator.
Once we receive your completed signed contract and retainer payment (50% of the total balance), your date will be confirmed and added to our Glam Squad wedding calendar. Your coordinator will then assign your artist(s) and create your tentative beauty timeline.
BRIDAL TRIAL
While not required, a bridal trial is highly recommended. It is your opportunity to preview your look and ensure every detail feels absolutely perfect before your big day.
If you did not include a bridal trial in your initial booking, don’t worry – you can always add one later for an additional fee.
Trials are by appointment only on weekdays and typically take 2 1/2 – 3 1/2 hours. We recommend scheduling your bridal trial within 2 months prior to your wedding date.
ADDITIONAL FEES
The following fees may apply based on your wedding location, timeline, and selected services. Any applicable fees will always be included in your custom quote before booking.
Team Coordinator Fee: $30 for bride only bookings. $125 for wedding party bookings.
Travel Fee: $75 per 30 minutes of round-trip travel time, per artist.
Early Start Fee: $200 applies when services begin before 8 a.m. or when artists must depart from their home before 4 a.m. Each additional artist is $50
Stay-On-Site Fee: $100 per hour, per artist. Additional on-site time beyond your scheduled beauty timeline. Standard touch-ups before your artist’s scheduled departure are included.
Private Salon Fee: $125 per hour (2-hour minimum) for exclusive use of our Flagstaff Salon.
Holiday Fee: $100 per artist applies to weddings scheduled on major holidays, or holiday weekends.
Overnight Accommodation Fee: Required for weddings involving extended travel or very early departure times. Lodging arrangements and cost will be discussed during the planning process.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel your wedding booking contract up to 30 days prior to your wedding date. All retainer payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Cancellation made within 30 days of your wedding date are responsible for 100% of the remaining balance.
If Northern Arizona Glam Squad Weddings is unable to perform contracted services due to circumstances such as illness, injury, or other unforeseen events, we will make every reasonable effort to provide a qualified replacement artist. If a suitable replacement cannot be arranged, a refund will be issued for the affected services.
