Before booking, here is a helpful overview of what to expect so you feel confident and prepared throughout the planning process. We are all about making your experience as smooth and stress-free as possible.

We believe an informed bride is a confident bride! That's why every client receives a series of beautifully curated guides throughout their planning journey - completely complimentary with your booking.

Upon Inquiry:
Receive your personalize On-Site Bridal Guide or In-Salon Bridal Guide - everything you need to know about our services and process.
Upon Reservation:
On-site brides receive our exclusive Wedding Planning Guide and Hair & Makeup Prep Guide to help you prepare for your big day.
Before Your Wedding Day:
Receive your final Wedding Day Prep Guide - so you feel completely ready and stress-free when your big day arrives.
RESERVING YOUR WEDDING DATE
To officially reserve your wedding date, simply request your Wedding Beauty Contract and retainer invoice from your team coordinator.
Once we receive your completed signed contract and retainer payment (50% of the total balance), your date will be confirmed and added to our Glam Squad wedding calendar. Your coordinator will then assign your hairstylist(s), makeup artist(s), and create your tentative beauty timeline.
FINAL BALANCE PAYMENT OPTIONS
We offer two convenient payment options:
Option 1: Your remaining balance (50%) is due one week prior to your wedding date via a secure Square Invoice.
Option 1: Pay 25% of your remaining balance 30 days prior to your wedding date, and the final balance one week prior to your wedding date - both via secure Square Invoice.
Your Square invoice will be emailed to the contract on file and payment must be submitted in one single transaction. If payment is not received by the due date, a reminder will be sent. Services may be canceled if the balance remains unpaid.
We do not accept personal checks.
BRIDAL TRIAL
While not required, a bridal trial is highly recommended. It is your opportunity to preview your look and ensure every detail feels absolutely perfect before your big day.
If you did not include a bridal trial in your initial booking, don't worry - you can always add one later for an additional fee. Trials are by appointment only on weekdays and typically take 2 1/2- 3 1/2 hours. We recommend scheduling your bridal trial within 2 months prior to your wedding date.
SERVICE MINIMUM
We require $460 service minimum for day-of-wedding beauty bookings (not including travel or add-on services).
If services fall below this minimum, we would be happy to schedule your appointment at our Flagstaff Salon instead.
All On-Site wedding beauty reservations are secured with a signed Wedding Beauty Contract and a 50% retainer payment.
Wedding services are reserved under one booking contract and one reservation payment. The bride or designated responsible party secures the date and may coordinate payments with their bridal party if desired.
For In-Salon wedding services, a wedding booking agreement and retainer payment (50% of the total) are required to reserve your appointment(s).
Please note that our salon remains open to other salon clients during your scheduled time unless a private reservation is arranged. Please see our Additional Fees section for private salon pricing.
LARGE WEDDING PARTIES
The number of services we can accommodate depends on your timeline and the number of artists assigned to your event.
General Beauty Timeline Guidelines:
Guest Services: 45 minutes to 1 hour 15 minutes per service
Bridal Signature Service: Typically 1 to 1 1/2 hours per service
Luxury Bridal Services: Starting at 1 1/2 to 2 hours per service
If your group is large or your chosen styles require additional detail, we may suggest extending your timeline to allow for the best possible experience. An additional artist will only added when your booking includes more than 6 services.
A coordinator fee will apply to all bookings - $30 for bride only and $125 for all other bookings.
CHANGES
Need to make an adjustment? No problem - changes to contracted services can be made up to 30 days before your wedding. We will update your timeline and team as needed.
Want to add a service after booking? We will do our best to accommodate, but availability isn't guaranteed. That is why we recommend including everything you think you will want in your initial booking.
Any service changes made after the wedding beauty contract bas been finalized will be handled through the following process:
1. You will receive an updated quote via email reflecting your new services and revised cost breakdown
2. Once you confirm the changes by email, a contract addendum will be sent via Square for your signature
3. Upon receiving your signed addendum, your booking will be officially updated
4. A confirmation email and updated beauty timeline will follow
After the 30-day mark, the final balance stands as is. You may substitute someone else in for a service if needed - just keep your coordinator in the loop.
RATES AND PAYMENTS
Price are subject to change, but once you are reserved, your rates are locked in (unless services change or additional services are added).
We accept the following forms of payment:
- Square Invoice (credit/debit card)
-Cash
We do not accept personal checks for final payment.
ADDITIONAL FEES
To help you plan your wedding with clarity, the following fees that may apply depending on your event details, timeline, and location:
Travel Fee: Billed at $75 per half hour of drive time (round trip, per artist)
Early Morning Fee: Applies when services begin before 8 am or when artists must depart their homes before 4 am.
Stay-On-Site Fee: Billed at $100 per hour, per artist for extended on-site beauty assistance after contracted services are completed, such as hair or makeup changes later in the day. (Standard touch-ups before artist departure are already included in your contracted services.
Private Salon Usage Fee: $125 per hour (2 hour- minimum) for exclusive use of Flagstaff salon for wedding services.
Holiday Fee: Billing at $100 per artist for wedding held around major holidays such as Memorial Day weekend, Labor Day, Christmas, Thanksgiving, or New Year's Eve
Overnight Accommodation Fee: For weddings requiring travel that involves an overnight stay accommodations will be arranged directly by Northern Arizona Glam Squad to ensure proximity to the event location and safety for our artists. A lodging quote will be provided once your service location is confirmed.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You have the right to cancel your wedding booking contract up to 30 days prior to your wedding date. Retainer payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Cancellation of wedding services made 30 days or less from your wedding date will be billed at 100% of the contracted balance.
In the event that Northern Arizona Glam Squad is unable to perform contracted services for an appropriate reason, including but not limited to illness or accidents, we will make every effort to provide a trusted replacement artist(s). If we are unable to accommodate, we will issue a refund for those services.
