We are so excited you are considering Northern Arizona Glam Squad for your big day! Before booking, here is a helpful overview of what to expect so you feel confident and prepared throughout the planning process. We are all about making your experience as smooth and stress-free as possible.
GENERAL INFORMATION
When you are ready to start the booking process, your first point of contact will be one of our team coordinators. They will guide you every step of the way – from your personalized quote to the final wedding day schedule.
Wedding booking contracts are created under the bride’s legal name and sent via email. However, if someone else is financial responsible (like a parent or planner), we are happy to adjust.
Our wedding calendar fills up quickly! We do not hold dates without both a signed contract and retainer payment – bookings are secured on a first come, first served basis.

RESERVING YOUR WEDDING DATE
To officially reserve your wedding date, simple request your wedding booking contract, and retainer invoice from our team coordinator.
Once we received a completed Docusign contract, and retainer payment (50% of the total balance), your date will be confirmed and added to our Glam Squad wedding calendar. Your coordinator will then assign your hairstylist(s), makeup artist(s), and create your tentative timeline.
The remaining balance is due one week prior to the wedding date via a secure Square Invoice.
BRIDAL TRIAL
While not required, a bridal trial is highly recommended! It is your opportunity to preview your look and ensure every detail feels perfect.
If you did not include a bridal trial in your initial booking, don’t worry – you can always add one later for any additional fee. Trials are by appointment only on weekdays and typically take 2-3 hours. We recommend to schedule bridal trial within 2 months prior to the wedding date.
Please give at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations will be billed 50%, and no-shows will be billed in full.
SERVICE MINIMUM
We require a $410 service minimum for on-site wedding beauty bookings (not including travel or add ons).
If your services total is below that minimum, we are happy to schedule your appointment at our Flagstaff Salon instead.
All wedding-related salon services require a signed agreement and retainer payment to reserve.
For bridal salon services only (for example, a single bridal hair and /or makeup appointment), a bridal service agreement and retainer deposit are required.
For multiple services or bridal parties held at the salon, a wedding booking contract and retainer payment are required (50% of total balance).
If you would like to book additional beauty services at our salon, we will need the appropriate signed agreement and retainer to secure your appointments. Please note that that salon will remain open to other clients during your scheduled time.
If you prefer a private bridal appointment or private salon experience, please let your team coordinator know. Our salon can be reserved exclusively for your bridal party for an additional fee of $125 per hour (2-hour minimum)
This private option provides exclusive use of the salon for your contracted services only. Non-contracted guests may not use salon tools, products, or space.
CHANGES
Need to make an adjustment? No problem – changes to contracted services can be made up to 30 days before your wedding. We will update your timeline and team as needed.
Want to add a service after booking? We will do our best to accommodate, but availability isn’t guaranteed. That is why we recommend including everything you think you will want in your initial booking.
Any service changes made after the wedding booking contract has been finalized must be completed through a contract addendum to officially adjust the services, pricing, and timeline.
After the 30-day mark, the final balance stands as is. You may substitute someone else in for a service if needed – just keep the coordinator in the loop.
LARGE WEDDING PARTIES
The number of services we can accommodate depends on your timeline and number of artists assigned to your event.
General Timeline Requirements:
Guest Services: 35-50 minutes per service
Bridal Signature Services: 45-90 minutes per service
Luxury Bridal Services: 90-2 hours per service.
If your group is large or your chosen styles require additional detail, we may suggest extending your timeline to allow for extra timeline. An additional artist will only be added when your booking includes more than 6 services.
For weddings with 4 or more services, a coordinator fee will apply to support team management and ensure the wedding day flows seamlessly.
RATES AND PAYMENTS
Prices are subject to change, but once you are reserved, your rates are locked in (unless services change or additional services are added).
Your final balance payment is due one week before the wedding via a Square Invoice issued by Northern Arizona Glam Squad LLC. The final invoice will be emailed to the person who signed the wedding booking contract, and payment must be submitted in one single transaction.
If payment is not received by the due date, a reminder will be sent. Services may be canceled if the balance remains unpaid.
If any changes are made to your contracted services after booking, a contract addendum will be completed to update your services, pricing, or artist assignments. The revised total will appear on your updated invoice, and acknowledgment of the addendum will be required before changes take effect.
We do not accept personal checks for final payment.
ADDITIONAL FEES
To help plan your wedding with clarity, please review the following fees that may apply depending on your event details, timeline, and location:
Travel fee: Travel is billed at $75 per half hour of drive time (round trip, per artist)
Early Morning Fee: Applies when services begin before 8:00 am or artists must depart their homes before 4:00 am.
Coordinator Fee: A $125 fee applies to weddings with 4 or more services or multiple-artist bookings to ensure smooth coordination and on-time execution.
Stay-On-Site Fee: Billed at $100 per hour, per artist for extended on-site beauty assistance after contracted services are completed, such as hair or makeup changes later in the day. (Please note: standard touch-ups before artists departure are already included in your contracted services).
Private Salon Usage Fee: $125 per hour (2-hour minimum) for exclusive use of our Flagstaff salon for wedding services.
Holiday Fee: Billed at $150 per artist. May apply for weddings held around major holidays such as Memorial Day weekend, Labor Day, Christmas, Halloween, Thanksgiving, or New Year’s Eve.
Overnight Accommodation Fee: For weddings requiring travel that involves an overnight stay, accommodations will be arranged directly by Northern Arizona Glam Squad to ensure proximity to the event location and safety for our artists.
Lodging costs typically range from $175–$325 per artist, per night, depending on the destination, season, and hotel availability. The total will be added to your final invoice once confirmed.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You have the right to cancel your bridal booking contract up to 30 days prior to your wedding date. Retainer payment is non-refundable or non-transferrable. Cancellation of wedding, or cancellation of services made 30 days or less from wedding date will be billed 100% of the contracted balance.
In the event that Northern Arizona Glam Squad is unable to perform contracted services for any appropriate reason, including, but not limited to illness, or accidents. Northern Arizona Glam Squad will make every effort to provide a trusted replacement artist[s). If we are unable to accommodate, we will issue a refund for those services.
